Description
A very nice vintage Mopey Dog, glass candy container. Made by the Federal Glass Co. in the 1940's, these were filled with candy, with a paper bottom. After eating the candy, the child had a nice glass toy to play with! What can I say, it was the 40's.
This dog is in very good condition, no cracks, one small chip on the inner bottom rim near his tail.
He is approx. 3 inches tall, and 2 3/8 across the bottom, front to back.
