A beautiful EAPG cake stand in the Crystal Wedding pattern. Made ca. 1890 by Adams & Co., this is one of the most popular patterns in EAPG. Square cake stands are more unusual than the round stands, and this one has the brandy well in the center. I love this stand, I can see it piled high with Chrismas cookies, or brownies decorated for another occassion.
This stand is in very good condition, it does have lines and bubbles in the glass. There are wavy lines in a circular pattern that can be felt under the plate. There is some light surface wear on the raised edges, there is one chip, which I have shown in the photos. On the base, there is light wear on the corners making them have a rough feel, but no major chipping.
This stand is approx. 7 1/2 inches tall, 9 1/4 inches across the top, and the base is 4 1/4 inches across.
I have the matching compote with lid listed here. Any questions, please ask.
