A lovely antique pitcher by T. Furnival and Sons, England.  This pitcher is a light pink ceramic with maroon roses, buds and leaves, transferware.  There are several buds inside the spout as well. It is in very good condition, no chips, cracks or crazing. There is a small dark rough spot on the top of the handle, I think a factory flaw, and a couple of small spots that seem to be under the glaze.

This pitcher is marked on the bottom FURNIVAL, it is stamped into the base and a bit hard to make out.  It is also numbered with the date number Rd158676 (the best I can tell), which dates it to 1890.

This pitcher is appox. 6 7/8 inches to the top of the handle.
