  This book is in very good condition.  The dust jacket is worn and ripped, the cover is in very good condition, no stains or fading, the bottom right corner has been bent out and left a crease, about 1 inch in, this has torn the paper on the inside.  There is a name and town written in pencil inside the front cover.  The title page has a one inch tear at the bottom of the page.  The pages are clean and the book is tight.  There is light foxing on the pages opposite and behind the photo pages.  This book is approx. 5 x 7 1/2 inches and 192 pages.
